Hong Kong Cinema - View from the Brooklyn Bridge - a film review site featuring lots of films and great, unusual pictures I haven't seen anywhere else. The best feature is an under-construction guide to HK actors and actresses, with brief bios and lots of images to help you identify all those familiar faces you've seen once you've watched a number of HK films.
Hong Kong Heaven - a wonderful article that does a damn fine job of summarizing just what's so appealing to many female fans when it comes to HK cinema.
Hong Kong Movie Slash Stories - this site has a number of slash stories based on "Curry and Pepper", "The Pirate", and a few other Hong Kong films.
The Martial Artist's Guide to Hong Kong Films - if you're looking for reviews based almost solely on martial arts quality and content, visit this highly opinionated site. This guy is firmly in the anti-Jackie camp, though, so be forewarned. I have found his comments on other films fairly on the mark (if brief).
Shanghai Slash - a slash site devoted to Chon Wang/Roy O'Bannon from the very slashy "Shanghai Noon".
